When It's Better Not to Know the Ingredients

and a giveaway....

Smooth and creamy
Lemony and tart
Crunchy, cheese-cakey base

From the 'Back In The Day' recipe book
The Atlas isn't much for sweets but this is his idea of all that is good
It's also one of the recipes where it is better not to ask what's in it while you are enjoying it. Nothing good in here - just ingredients for the soul.

Do you have recipes like that? I have a dark chocolate fudge one that is similar.

Joining in with Ange.

Also thought it might be nice to throw in a giveaway for March I found these gorgeous cup cake cases the other day so I bought them to giveaway - red polka dots and blue gingham

make anyone else what to sing 'Somewhere Over the Rainbow'?

Leave me a comment - what would you make in them and who would you invite over to share them?
(Congrats to Laura who won the Feb giveaway I'll email to get your address)

Cute! I was at a baby shower on Sunday and they had these brazilian sweets (all the ladies there were brazilian), they were in tiny cupcake cases and were basically condensed milk , coca and covered in choc sprinkles. SO SWEET! I could hardly finish mine (but you bet i did!)

I have a few recipes like that. Best to enjoy without knowing whats in there.. lol

I love pretty cupcake cases. I would make cupcakes for the staff at my kids school. I do that sometimes just to thank them. Maybe good old vanilla and chocolate ones. OR i could get a bit fancier and make my favourite coconut and pineapple cupcakes.. they are devine.

Cuuuuute! I would make these Red Velvet Cupcakes. http://savouranddevour.blogspot.co.nz/2012/10/red-velvet-cupcakes.html

I haven't made them, it's my friend's recipe, but this particular recipe makes TO-DIE-FOR cupcakes and I've been craving them ever since.

oooh fwar to that lemoney snicket slice. yummm! I love a pretty little pattypan! I'd share them with my sis as if she came to visit, I know I'd be passing on all my great recipes to her... she's just starting to bake. I think I'd make mini banoffee pies in them.

Oooooh, that slice looks good. The best ones are the ones where you don't want to know the ingredients ;)

Love the cupcake cases...I would make red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing in the red cases, and simple lemon cupcakes in the blue gingham xx
